We answer your questions
We conduct operations starting from 15 employees. A group of that size can be fully attended in a single morning.
We offer cash payment, payroll deduction (with prior company authorization based on their deduction capacity), credit/debit cards, and Caja Los Andes health credit.
For 50 people, we organize 2 sessions: from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30/6:00 PM. Daily capacity is around 60 people.
It includes blood pressure and glucose screening if needed, refraction, visual acuity testing, and personalized recommendations for frames, lens types, or contact lenses. Employees are attended by a Medical Technologist specialized in Ophthalmology and Contactology from Universidad Católica de Chile.
In the Metropolitan Region, up to 7 business days. In other regions, approximately 10 business days. Lenses are shipped via Chilexpress to the location where the exam was conducted.
Yes, all our frames and lenses include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
